Amazon on Wikileaks;

"No, no, too much fact. Get rid of the servers now. Nao do it NAO!"

If it felt anything more like actual work

I'm not sure I could do it. I mean, I've spent the last ten years specifically working at not having to do much work at all. I've avoided "help wanted signs", "now hiring" banners, and even personal appeals from employers. I understand you wan't my talents and abilities, but I can't find the ambition to want to work for anyone, let alone find the energy to work for myself. And really, if you're not working for yourself, you're a slave.

If you work for someone else, you're a tool. If you work with someone else, you're a partner. Luckily I can stand myself long enough get along and do a little work- but I'll tell you, it's not much. When I need to get shit done, shit gets DONE. And I'm not lazy, don't get the wrong opinion here. It's just hard for me to find motivation here.

When the hammer falls, I'll be ready to pick it up. Until then, my youth will not die.

NANANANANANANANANANa na nanana na na na na na NANANANANA

Nature Valley sells nuts dipped in peanut butter.

Chubby chasers of the world, let the reign of man-boobs do your bidding for your healthy experimental side, cup one or maybe two in the same ergonomically designed situation you always find yourself in. We know you like it on top.  ;)

What's up guys? I'm alright, just trying to slay the ten thousand pound dragon on my desk. I'm fighting with an ancient sword but it has some special powers. The power of love baby. It exists and reflects on my face when I'm driving down those long corridors.

I've got some ginger tea that snaps and cracks but it sure don't have much of an attention span. It's talking to me I believe, which is one of the ten listed side effects of strange beverages.

Smoking trees will do that to you as well, so try to keep the fire on as long as you can if you want to sit down and enjoy with a new friend. Open your doors will become.

I'll see you fags later, I'm going to wally's world to slap the beaver and wax the turtle.

Peace <3

Thanksgiving

is in its last hour, and black Friday will soon begin. I mean soon as in at 12:01AM, as Wal*Mart will be opening soon. I'm thinking about going down there just to see what's going on.

But before that, I'd like to send my blessings to the world. I receive far more than I deserve and am not even close to as grateful for it.

I'm thankful for my grandparents who took me in and raised me, even when they didn't have to.

I'm thankful for my mother for always loving me and being a wonderful mother.

I'm thankful for my dad for recognizing my problems and giving me support when I need it. And for being awesome.

I'm thankful for my girlfriend who without, I would be a lonely pile of garbage not suitable for anyone.

I'm thankful for my awesome friends who deep it necessary to push me to the edge and keep me going strong.

I'm thankful for a government and tax-paying citizens who take interest in my low-class upbringing, and think it's a good idea to give lots of money to kids who need financial aid. Without that I would not be going to school.

I'm thankful for all the teachers I ever had, even the ones I said I didn't like. Teachers are some of the bravest people in America.

And last but not least I'm thankful for Blogger, Google, and my blogging buddies for keeping the cold times warm, and listening to each other. With out online communities, I believe we can hurdle many buildings in few swoops, and cure cancer and shit.

That is all, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Oh bologna

Never seen that movie but now I really want to... but that's not really surprising. I'm really behind in watching movies. Really behind. I feel like I've missed out on a lot of "cultural capital" as my sociology teacher would say. I understand why it's important to be apart of social happenings as they are "happening", but frankly, I just don't care. Not yet anyway; I'm still in a perpetual state of not giving a fuck. I believe once I can liberate myself from the underlying nazi control I find myself in... I can freely express myself exactly how I feel... which I believe will contribute greatly to my overall happiness.

Or something like that.

Do you study the yapaneez? (if so let's chat ;))

So this last few weeks I've been busting my ass for Japanese harder than anything I've ever busted before. And I've busted a lot of shit! My class meets four days a week Mon-Thurs from eleven o'clock to noon. Were using the Genki textbook which I've found to be very helpful compared to some of the other ones I've used. It's more difficult I think but the ideas are explained better. The class is comprised of mostly of college students around twenty years old, which is nice and a pain in the ass at the same time. I love college compared to high school, but you still find the certain individuals who never seem to have moved on...

Depending on the size we can run through a chapter in the Genki book in about two weeks, or eight class sessions, give or take. Every chapter we learn about.. oh... fifty vocab words and something close to 25 kanjis. We have a conjugation quiz almost every day where we have to conjugate four words between te form, short form, short negative, short past, and short past negative, in three and a half minutes. I haven't done the math but I haven't totally grasped short form yet and if I don't get a good start on the quiz it usually doesn't  end well. This break I hope to do some massive studying to get it under control... considering a lot of the new things were learning depends greatly on short forms.

Every week we have a vocab test, a kanji quiz, two or three conjugation quizzes, and every other week a chapter test. I think I've gotten more homework in this fall term's Japanese class than I did in all my classes my senior year in high school put together. Duh!!!

Right after Japanese I'm taking an intro to sociology class, which is misleading to say the least. Two hours long, two days a week. I thought we would be engaging in massive amounts of argument and debate over the class issues "popular culture", giving differential points of view and comprising new and interesting theories. Holy fuck was I wrong, but then again I guess I shoulda figured that coming from an introduction class "the sociological imagination". My teacher claims to be an "old hippie" from Oklahoma, but everyone knows hippies didn't come from the mid south... which supports her attitude of faux-hippiness. Its easy to tell she's full of it, otherwise.

But don't get me wrong, she's a sweet lady. She's just really distracted and likes talking about herself and her point of views on things... without giving much room for class discussion. She also loves giving attention to how she's a part of the "upper-middle class" and likes doing things like wine tasting, while reminding us she came from a poor family. It's really hard to me to tell whose team she's playing on.

Two exams later with one week left in the class, we'll see where this class takes me.

Tuesdays bring be the pool session for scuba class at eight in the morning. All I have to say is, though it's a pain in the ass waking up at seven, hardly having enough time to get ready, then driving for a half hour to a class so I can jump in a pool during the coldest winter we've had in ten years; scuba diving is fucking awesome. 'nuf said. It's a spendy fucking hobby but it's hard to describe the feeling you get after being underwater for an hour at a time, just swimming around and shit. Thursdays we have the theory session which we turn in some worksheets that we fill in from a book. Today however we learned about dive tables and how to use em.

The weekend after thanksgiving I'm getting certified with a river dive from a local dive shop. Did I mention this is the coldest winter we've had in ten years? Do or die motha fucka, live free or die hard, young forever, go big or go home, or something like that. I'll get back to you guys when my testes grow back.

Been doing a little climbing on Fridays with a friend. We've been going to a place  a half hour out of town that usually isn't very populated (above). The rock is nice and solid with few flaky spots but I noticed spots of wear that bumped some routs from 5.6 to 5.9+. At least the rock isn't granite... I don't think I've ever lost so much skin than with granite.

Three days a week on Mon/Wed/Fridays I have climbing class at school. It's just a one credit class but it's nice to have time in the mornings to climb before my real classes start. It's a great way to get rid of morning energy and get focused for the rest of the day. If I'm gonna be paying for school I may as well enjoy it, eh?

Lately more than ever my family has been driving me fucking insane. As if there's anything new there. I try as hard as I can to understand why they do the stupid things they do, and why seem to resent me like they do, and why they always fall back into the same mistakes that make problems for them in the first place, but all I can conclude is that they're idiots. Granted it's probably not their fault, it's still the truth, which means I can nothing but forgive them for their shortcomings and try to move on in a whirlpool of stupid-shit.

That being said I'm still trying to find a good working schedule for me that I can really be happy with. I know my posts have been long, boring, spaced and infrequent, but I promise I'll be making more regular posts sooner than later. Especially with fuyuyasumi coming up, I should have some free time to spend with my bloggerbros. Until then, this is Steve signing out.

To all my blogging cuddies

This means yo sexy ;-]

I've been playing waitress on Friday night in a busy restaurant called my life, and the food on one side of the tray weighs just a tad more than the drinks on the other side, and honestly it's kind of hard balancing it all with one hand above my head.

But fear not my blogging bros, I will return to the community with open arms and gifts for all who accept really insignificant but possibly important gifts.

Until my return, peace out fellas, and keep being awesome.

picture slightly related

like I owed the bitch a show

I would have to say, this week has gone by extremely fast. Earlier today I was trying to figure out what day it was, when I realized what day it was!

Monday my Creative Writing teacher canceled class on account of Sunday being Halloween, and said "you know man... like I'd come out of my house in the mornin' and see some of student's just passed out on my lawn... makeup and wigs and shit... they'd wake up and and I'd ask em if they wanted coffee." This is fortunate for me considering I had spent Halloween partying in the streets, smoking in the park, and breaking into the science building at my university. Monday was here and like hell I was going to class. I ended up waking up when the rest of my classes were over anyway so there isn't much I could have done.

Tuesday I woke up extremely late (go figure) and contemplated skipping my pool session of scuba diving, but I figured if hurried I could make it. Grab my bags, jackets, gear, keys and wallet, phone, ipod, what else? A normally thirty minute drive was shortened to about ten minutes and I arrived at a time I thought was much... much later than it was. Booked it inside, striped down and got mi swimmies on, and I was ready for all the chlorine in the world. After a massive cleansing of my brain I had enough time to march to Japanese class and study some grammar for a half hour, right before one of my many tests. Monday and Tuesday just kind of... blended together.

Wednesday which is apparently today had rolled around, and I had studied for only one of the two tests in Japanese I would have. Last night I wrote up some notes on the Grammar test, but had forgotten to study for the second half of the vocabulary test. Shit! I thought. Recalling back to the list, I had remembered almost half the vocab from other occurrences and figured my best bet was to kill the grammar quiz, and wing the vocab test. But not before my ten o'clock rock climbing class. Mostly I spend my time bouldering since the climbing club does a good job at setting frequent routs up, and surprisingly enough the rest of the class spend most of their time tied in. I start my hour with a nice traverse to get warmed up, while scouting for newly set boulder problems. Then I either check em out, or start on one of my projects and see what's up. Today however A friend asked me to belay and afterwards I decided to give it a shot. About half way up the wall I realize my Japanese class was only minutes away, and I'm at the opposite downhill side of campus! So I reached around the ledge, busted a fat leg hook/hand match, reached for the finish, and geared down to pack up. I was out like hot shit, and I though I missed my conjugation quiz, I still made it in time for the grammar test and vocab test. Matched it up with some sutdyin' and homework sesh, drove home, bought some kings and smoked a joint on the bridge.

After my smoke I marched home and met up with some old cuddies. I watched em play street hockey a while and told them I couldn't ride my longboard anymore cause some bearings busted. The bro hooked up up with some old skate bearings and I set them up as soon as I could! Two seconds out the door and I see my trampoline lookin' all lonely. A few bounces before a skate sesh I suppose, I tell myself. Now, I've been workin' on some flips lately, but recently I maned up and took it the next step, 180 flips. Just like boom boom pow, I was knockin' front AND back 180 flips! I even managed the throw down a 360 flip in there. I had never felt more confident in myself then when I landed my first intentional 180 flip. Also, funny how I can't nerve up to do a straight backflip, but I can throw down with an additional spin. Tired as shit, I say goodbye and hit the streets with my longboard. Man it felt weird, my balance was way off. The board felt a lot more still than I remember, but it's been a month or two since I've been on it. It seriously feels like forever. I can't say I'm disappointed however, a few runs and I felt as good as I'd ever been, busting twenty foot nose manuals and narrow g-turns like I owed the bitch a show. Came home, finished some homework, smoked another bowl, landed some more flips... did some studying. Good day, but it definitely feels like Monday.

Now for tomorrow... >>'

my absence

School has started as most of us know. The Duke's are out showing off and the Hipsters are flashing their goods. The pretty girls walk so proud and it's hard not take a glance. Back into the world of sterotypes as cultures murge and mingle, socialize and classify. Students are becoming aware and disoriented; good thing that shit is decriminalized ;). And that shit is good is what my source says, and I can vouch for it personally. The leaves are now turning red and have fallen again, and along comes the wind to keep us inside. No longer do the skateboarders fly down the path, the rain has washed them out. Two coats is almost necessary and I'm more than glad to good use out of them. But bundled up some of us may be, there are those without a furnace, without a partner to cuddle, without a soul to keep their mind occupied with, which brings great ache to some of us to can relate.

And all I can do is think about going snowboarding. With early winds and rain comes hope of a strong and wild winter; something I could only wish for. I spent all summer fixing a delam on a new (used) board I bought from craigslist, waxing my babies, watching videos and going stoopid-doodoo-dumb on my longboard. I've been waiting for this season since- practically the end of last season! I bought my season pass early and saved like 1/3 the price, and it'll be ready when I pick it up. As far as my plans go, I'll be transferring to a new University next year so this could be my last season at my local mountain, and I'm more stoked than I've ever been before. I mean... I just wanna get out there!!

I'm also uber stoked for going snowmobiling. My dad traded some work this summer for an older two seater snowmobile that he's going to let me ride out with a friend. Riding up a mountain and making super fresh pow runs makes me cream just thinking about it. The only problem I'm facing is all my boarder friends are away for college!! Maybe I can round up some peeps to go with me but I'm totally fine boarding alone. I like the sense of solitude and freedom being alone gives me.

So again I must apologize for my absence. My life is continuously a part of a juggling act that I keep going in hopes to someday discontinue. Not my life, but the juggling act. It's hard for me to start something and complete it in the same sitting, primarily at the home that I live, with my grandparents. There is always something that is in its in between stages and wrapping it all up and saying "finished" never happens. There's no regulations, no systems, no order, no collective contentiousness of the problems that I'm surrounded with, which keeps things very interesting at my home. However much I try to wrap things up and at least say "It'll work", I continuously find flaws and problems that prevent me from being satisfied with the whole operation. I believe this process with continue at least until I find a way to move out of the house and into my own living setting, where I can call the shots and create a seriously living environment with actual order. Until then my friends I will be a mess, a constant rift in the stream of "the way things are" against my ideas of "how things should be", and you may or may not hear much from me. I guess that depends widely on my workload and my playtime. :)

Stay thirsty my friends.

Strange days

First day of my fourth term at university was today.

It felt so weird being at school after the long summer break. I mean it feels just like everyday when I'm there, but it's only my second year. I mean sure, I've been in the same general area for almost twenty years now, but last year the university was still foreign to me. I know the ins and outs of this place, but I hadn't been around the college much since I started there, and this year feels really different.

And of course, the first thing I see when I come close to the university is a girl wearing a skirt walking around with it hiked up on her backpack, exposing her left asscheek. I almost died laughing.

Japanese class was paaacked when I came in fashionably late... lol I grabbed the only seat left in the back right corner. Awesome, eh? At least the people I sat next to were a lot cooler than last year's weaboos. I mean seriously, wtf is with these people?

Went to my creative writing class... and met the professor for the first time. I may have just found my new favorite teacher at the college. Not only was I also fashionably late for the class (lol...), but the first thing he says to me as I walk in the door was "sup dude". He has shabby medium length hair, khaki shorts, button down short sleeve shit that wasn't buttoned, and he starts thrashing our class with surfer hippie analogies that are fairly respectable. This guy is intense, and I really like him. w00t

Took the bus into town to check on my car... my grandma picked me up at the transfer station and we drove to the auto place. I guess the tow truck that picked the car up from my grandma's place just dropped it off at the auto place, on the wrong fucking lot and backed their work up, or something, I wasn't listening. Anyway, I can't get it 'till tomorrow, so grandmother drove me home...

About when I got situated my girlfriend texted me that she wanted to see me after school so I went to spend time with her... mostly flirted around, got some ice cream. You know, that kinda shit. Good shit, good shit, about an hour or two later I made it home, where I have the privilege to do 9 pages of Yapaneez homework. What a great way to start the year, huh?

Anyway, scuba diving first thing tomorrow morning, don't wanna be late! pce yall

heard this song on the radio at a supermarket and instantly thought of this...

Holy mackerel

or tuna, there's ton's of warm turn on my porch. If you know what I mean ;)

Been really busy working and cleaning and fixing, and breaking, and helping drunk people this week, and I only got puke on my shoes once.

but I also accidental stepped in shit. But yes I did clean my shoes, I left them all day soaking in water and then I just got through scrubbing them. They are much bettar!

Spent last night and part of this morning helping a mate from school get over her alcohol sickness. Me and the driver were the only sober ones of course, and we helped her out.

Drove my car to my dad's mom's house to help her with gardening. Lately my car has been giving me trouble, and it's been smoking some after a while of use. I thought it was just steam coming from my engine because it was a few cold days, but I recently found out my engine was overheating. So I was driving it today to my grandma's place, and just as I figured it was overheating. Then my power... cut!! I had to start it up in the middle of the road, then drive to this old mart thing on the back road. Then I found out my antifreeze resivour has a leak in it, because it's totally empty!! The smoke was coming from over cookin' the machine, man!

We talked to one of my grandma's friends and he told me the temperature gauge in the machine wasn't allowing water to flow correctly... and the motor in my fan might be fucked. And this it on top of many other problems with the car... I wish I knew more car stuff...

Hmm other than that, I got some sociology books for class. I'm starting my fourth term tomorrow so my time on blogger may be limited these next coming weeks. Or it may not, I have no idea. I'm sure I'll have plenty to talk about once school starts up, my life this summer has been so boring...

But thank you all who continue to visit my page, it means a lot. Don't be shy to drop a comment if you want to. Anyway goodnight

500 days

So who's been working this summer?

I spent today working for my father's house painting business. He does it by himself usually but since I'm not doing much this summer I've been helping him out. Work isn't so bad if you can life 50+lbs on call. My dad is a pretty chill boss so I don't have to worry about being uptight at work. He also has a high expectancy of work value and quality so I don't have to worry about doing a bad job. I just do my best and if it's not good enough we can figure it out together. Same goes for him haha.

Anyway, here is some places I've been working this summer.

This house was out in the woods kind of a ways. I guess it really wasn't that far from town, but the closes town was kind of far away from the biggest town in the area. Beautiful country out there. The guy who owned the house was this awesome scientist. He was on the working crew of the first space shuttle to the moon. He had tons of stories, he told me about how he helped the guys who made the fastest land speed record accomplish the goal. Sweet guy.

That's my dad, we were painting a barn at one of his friend's house that owns a refrigeration company. That roll-able ladder he's own was an awesome help.

This place was gorgeous to be at, with a brilliant view like that, it's easy to forget the rest of the world.

So what have you guys been doin'? Been working at all, saving up as much money as you can? Taking summer classes maybe, or enjoying the days away with a swim and a drink? Spent some time under the stars did you? That's what I love about summer, the warm nights spent outdoors.

USDA Prime

Branding livestock is a custom in which the owner of said livestock would grab a long rod that had a symbol or initials at the end of it, heat that particular end up to a very high temperature, and then force that blazing hot rod onto the animal.

This process was done so the owners of the cattle, horses, livestock would be able to identify the animal if something had every happened, and identification would be needed. This was a very effective step in keeping animals as a product, and preventing false claims of ownership. This method is almost completely replaced by ear tagging, but is still used in some parts of the working industry.

A clothing brand, is a group of products that are presented by a company, and often use identification marks on a piece of clothing, that presents itself to other viewing people, letting them know information about your purchasing habits.

Clothing brands can represent certain aspects about the company that they have earned or worked towards over their years of business, things such as dependability, quality, guarantee, honor, fine workmanship, advanced technology, cost efficiency, little things that the people who buy the product can associate with all, or most of that brand's product line.

This is true, right? This is a safe thing to assume? We can feel safe assuming Honda vehicles will last well beyond other car brands, and we can be assured Trojan condoms are more durable than the fifty cent peter jackets you might find in a vending machine at a truck stop.

This is all fine and dandy, when does branding become nothing more than just a brand? How often as people in a free market economy are we substituting real quality and effectiveness for things like status, dignity, and overall price? Is there a meeting point where something just costs too much for what you get? Does the brand you advertise represent more than just a brand? And how are we able to identify people who are using brands and products to do the identifying for them? How do we feel about people who base their entire character by something as shallow as a brand name?

Something Boney M has taught me, is you cannot buy "cool". No matter how much money you have to spend, no matter how many gadgets you have in your pocket, weather you smoke or drink, own a certain kind of sneakers or listen to whatever popular music you listen to, these things do not now, and will never make you "cool". Never, ever. Real cool is inside of you, and can never be bought. And that is something the marketing people don't want you to know.

On that note, wtf is with people wearing shirts and hats with the Monster energy drink on them? Do people actually pay for this shit? Sorry if I'm being money-conscious, but I'm seriously asking, why the fuck would someone wear a food-product emblem on their bodies? Unless there is something particularly awesome about the product (say, a local restaurant, or something classic like a coca-cola), this is just an advertisement. You are a walking billboard to me. What you are saying to me is "I don't have a personality, so after I donated my hard earned money to this company, they sent me a pre-packaged, pre-developed personality. Whenever I see someone with an identical level of dignity, I can give them a high five and talk about how big of fagots we are".

Granted the drink is tasty, and they are major supporter in a lot of extreme sports, this does not justify the need or want to pay someone to advertise for them. It's silly as hell. It's the exact opposite of what should be happening. Brands like this pay other people, particularly athletes, to wear their product, so they can have money to buy more athletic gear and stuff with. That makes sense. What these numbskulls are doing is just... silly.

The verdict is, unless you are a raging douchebag, sponsered, are affiliated with in any way, have nothing else to wear, or just reeeeally feel like supporting the cause: don't wear branded clothing, or you will end up as their property, you will be branded, you will be owned, just like livestock; meat.

What's the deal, homie?

I was browsing some blogs and came across a particularly useful blog, with a particularly useful post about online shopping. As we all know department stores and malls price their products excruciatingly high, higher than they really should be priced. Stores take large cuts from the sale for profit, and usually don't even give you what you want. Half the time I end up returning my things because that's just how I am.

Well The Genie knows his way around the very special internet, and where to get absolutely killer deals on all kinds of stuff. I read his post about Woot! and it reminded me of some websites that I know of. Woot! is a very special online shopping website, where they feature one item and one item only, either until the item sells out, or until midnight wherever the site is located. Usually the deals are incredible, and they offer cool stuff. Not like knick knacks that nobody really wants, they sell really awesome stuff!

When I read his post it reminded me of some websites that I know about that I don't think many people do. Now these websites are more specific to the interests of people who partake in sports such as cycling, snowboarding, motocross, wakeboarding, that sort of thing. But at the same time, even if you don't partake in these sports, often times you will find killer deals on jackets and clothes also. These websites are as follows:

www.tramdock.com/

www.whiskeymilitia.com/

www.chainlove.com/

www.steepandcheap.com/

www.bonktown.com/

www.1saleaday.com/ (provided by Sweeeeeetas)

Like I said these websites offer amazing deals, but the product doesn't stick around long so if you see something worth buying, get it while it's hot.

Restoring Sanity

So yesterday was a long day for me. After reviving a heartbreaking phone call from my mom, once again, I spent a few hours on my computer, making blogs and updating Facebook and all that good stuff (I've found that blogging will be the next big blow up with teenagers on the internet, it seems social networking like MySpace and Facebook are being overpopulated with tweens...). I drove to my moms house to spend time with her, and of course, the first thing that came out of her mouth was "NO! Get out. GO! GO! Leave! Ugh, you really got me in a mess this time." This "mess" she's talking about is the rehab program we scheduled. Actually she scheduled it, I simply dialed the number. I dialed the number because the first five times she tried doing it, she got the wrong number, and said "they blocked my phone". No... you just called the wrong number five times in a row...

Anyway she made an appointment, and I guess it's a "mess" according to her, and I'm the one who put her in it. I understand it's hard for extreme alcoholics to comprehend real life, but I'm at a breaking point with this, I'm not sure how much false finger pointing I can take. I've been taking the blame for ridiculous things like this from her all my life, but she's getting really serious about it. She's actually convinced herself that it's everyone else's fault that she has so many problems, and that she's done nothing wrong her whole life. You cannot convince that woman of anything. If she says the sky is red, well by god the sky is red.

But enough of my rants, I'mm try to keep those to as minimal as I can... I don't want my blog turning into a "look at me!" and "feel bad for me!" deal.

On a lighter note, this is the first time I've ever actually wished I lived on the east coast. No I'm not jealous of Snooki's golden orange tan, or The Situation's faux Italian lifestyle, and I'm definitely not jealous of their hurricanes. Hmm, well it definitely can't be Wall Street, I'm not jealous of their corruption... Hmm then what could it be?

My bro Dodd has the hook right here. The funniest Jew on television is undoubtedly John Stewart. Even if you don't like him, if you think his jokes are low-blows, or if you just fail to see the truth in his mockery, he is a funny dude. His best comic genius comes from solid attacks on unfaithful politicians, because someone has to do it. He like to point out the flaws in the system and how sneaky the power-elites are able to get by with such trash in our government. Most news television is trash to watch anyway, may as well get some laughs with Stewart and Colbert.

Bring in the National Mall, here comes the Million Moderate March. This will be a huge step for moderates and Libertarians all over the US, showcasing that fighting far right extremism with far left extremism is NOT the way American's want this nation to be run. War after war, protest after protest, can't we have some middle ground? If you live closer than I do to this gloriously hilarious event, I urge you to attend and show your moderate pride.

*quick 90 degree head turn* This just in, Google has sent me... MAIL! And not even that crap electronic mail, but REAL paper mail! I thought Google was an internet-only kind of guy, but I guess the search guru can still lick a stamp.

>:O

NO STAMP? Is Google evading POSTAGE TAX? Shame on you Google, Tax Fraud is only for wealthy movie stars! The contents of the note are about AdSense... AdSense, I know I've heard that somewhere... Oh! That's where Google puts ads in your blog, and you can make money from it, right? I think there's something about that on my home page, let me go look.

Oh my gosh!!! I've make $50!!! Wow how is this possible!!?? Making money online? That's not heard of, it's a scam! How is this possible???

Apparently there's also a PIN involved, and I have to use it in order to receive my money. Well Mr. Google, I'm not falling for your games. There is no way you can make money online, it's absolutely horse dung. Send your spam elsewhere. Or better yet, send me a can of Spam, I'm hungry. ;(

Well folks thanks for reading, I'm off to mail away a box full of broken computer parts and see if I can get some money back that way, a legitimate way, using real stamps.

Bored

"I have many exits like the minamiguchi,
you see that girl sporting the fake gucci?
I say she's my ticket as you look behind me,
she's my light and you say "who's she?",

She's my light and she shines so bright,
She shines so bright and keeps my sight,
If I want out, she says I must fight,
I must earn my mark by taking flight"

Nothing like a tall glass of guilt to start the day...

So my mom just called me. I was knocked out when she called, but my trained ears have me turning over looking for my phone on the first vibrate. The conversation we had went something close to:
"****, where are you?
"At home..."
"Oh. Well why?"
"..."
"Well I called the rehab center and they said that if I miss my meeting on the 27th then They're going to put me at the end of the line again. So it look's like I'm going.
"... thats great"
"ARE YOU HAPPY?"
"Yeah, mom"
"it looks like I'm going on the 27th but if I miss going hunting [same day] then you're going to be taking me all the way to camp, YOU'RE going to be responsible! DO YOU GET IT?"
".... What I don't get is how you can pass off so much responsibility on to me..."
"Oh god" *click*

God? Seriously, I hope you're not going to start this Tea Partier bullshit on me.

Over the last few years she's been collectively turning every aspect of what's wrong in her life and blaming it on me, or my grandma, or anyone else who has very minor goof-ups. She thinks of herself as the all knowing being in the flesh, and won't let anyone tell her anything. In my eyes, she is literally the unstoppable force. If I give in, she takes advantage of me. If I stand strong, she creates a hurricane of chaos. How the fuck do I handle this? I've been extremely loving and faithful to her ever since I could make contentious decisions... and yet she turns the blame onto me, every time... She's been drunk almost half her life, she's delusional, mental, she's lost her mind... and I can't stand it... but I can't do anything to harm her...

So is this how I understand it, that if something goes wrong it's absolutely my fault? Great, doesn't sound like any other time in my life. Shouldn't be hard. It's not like I don't already visit her on my free time as often as I can to make sure she's doing well (which she usually isn't). It's not like I don't take time from my incresingly stressful life to drive her to the doctors, and the store, and to her friend's houses', and to the emergency room whenever she needs me to. It's not like I haven't spent my whole like being flexible around her, dropping whatever I'm doing at the sound of a call, in order to help her. It's not like I haven't giver her a back rub almost every time I've ever been with her. It's not like I don't get upset when she doesn't have money to buy me things for Christmas, or when she can't afford to give me money for lunch at school. It's not like I wasn't happy eating TV dinners for most of my time spent with her... It's not like I'm ungrateful or anything, and I'm absolutely not...

My stress load is reaching maximum...

Just stepped on a bee

>:O

It's probably been five+ years since I've been stung by a bee, and I gotta say, it's not as bad as I remember.

^^^ That happened to me once. A long long time ago, me and some of my friends were out plying in a pear orchard behind our middle school. We saw this box sitting alone by a tree... we knew it was a bee's box, so of course being children the first thing we thought was "let's throw a big ass rock at it!", and we did indeed. About a minute later, each of us looked that like lady up there, without the smiles. We thought if we just stood still they wouldn't notice us and just leave... LOL were we wrong...

About a minute later our nerves got the best of us, and the oldest of our group decided to book it like a mad man. Screaming, got his game face on, he charged the orchard and soon after, the rest of us followed. What's it like to see a bunch of kids covered in bees running and screaming across an orchard, flailing their arms like Michael Phelps on land?? Pretty fuckin' hilarious I would say.

Luckily for us though, we didn't get one single sting. Defective bees in Oregon, eh?

I've decided that I only want one video on my page at a time. Considering my blog settings are set to allow five posts per page, this means one video per five posts. On the contrary, I might find a particular video very alerting and "update" worthy, so there very well may be more than one video per page. But no more than two. Or three. Definitely no more than five, that's a promise. Unless it's a holiday, or Sunday. Exceptions apply.

These videos will most likely come from my favorites list on youtube, so expect to see a lot of cool/funny junk. I'm not a Vlogger myself so don't expect to see my ugly mug in any of these vids. But watch closely, you might see your ugly mug.

In honor of spazzy arms, I give you this.

This video was posted by another blogger just recently, hope copypasta doesn't offend you.

School

I just got a bill from the college I'll be attending. For the first term of the year my total comes out to be around $2,000. I'm so thankful for financial aid, without it there's no way I would even be thinking about going to school. None of my family has any reserves for me to go to college, I guess they just expected me to pay for it myself. Hopefully I can get financial aid all the way through college, it will be an incredible help. There's no way I could go without it. I almost feel bad for my family being so poor, but good things do come from bad I suppose. And I guess I could always join the military and have them pay off my loans, so there are many options for me! I'm so grateful. :)

In return for my happiness I'll drop some pics of my state that I enjoy.
